1: THE LOCAL PRACTICE – MEET DAN THE DENTIST

Dan owns a local practice with 3 chairs and employs 8 staff.

  • Over the course of the year Dan pays $100,000 worth of bills using DentalWallet.

  • Dan earns 300,000 Dental Wallet points which can be used at his discretion on the platform.

  • As Dan uses his points-earning credit card for his bill payments, he also enjoys further credit card reward points and cashflow benefits.

  • Dan is at the checkout at JB Hi Fi ready to purchase a new iPad. He simply uses 40,909 Dental Wallet points to instantly purchase a $450 eGift Card and transact at the cashier.

  • Dan transfers 220,800 Dental Wallet points to his practice’s Qantas Business Rewards account and receives 220,800 Qantas Points^. He uses these points to fly Business class return from Sydney to Melbourne for 6 adults on Classic Flight Rewards for 220,800 Qantas Points plus $459 in taxes, fees and carrier charges*.

2: THE FAMILY PRACTICE – MEET JANE & MIKE

A husband and wife team. 10 staff and 4 chairs.

3: THE BIG PRACTICE – MEET THE A TEAM

A large practice with 5 partners or directors. 15 staff and 7 chairs.

  • Over the course of the year they pay $350,000 worth of bills using DentalWallet, which earns them 1,050,000 Dental Wallet points.

  • They also pay their Payroll and Superannuation using Dental Wallet totalling $100,000, which earns them an extra 300,000 Dental Wallet points.

  • They now have a collective of 1,350,000 Dental Wallet points which can be used at their discretion on the platform.

  • 500,000 Dental Wallet points are transferred to the practice’ Qantas Business Rewards account^. This will be divided equally amongst the 5 directors and 100,000 Qantas Points will be transferred to their individual Frequent Flyer accounts~ to use as they please.

  • They use 90,900 Dental Wallet points to purchase 20 x $50 MYER eGift Cards to be issued to staff as a reward for their loyalty and hard work.

  • They use 750,000 Dental Wallet points to make payment of $8,250 to their dental supplier Henry Schein.

^A business must be a Qantas Business Rewards Member to earn Qantas Points for business. A one-off join fee of $89.50 including GST normally applies, however this will be waived for Dental Wallet customers. Membership and Qantas Points are subject to Qantas Business Rewards Terms and Conditions. Qantas Points for business are offered under the Dental Wallet Terms and Conditions. Dental Wallet Program Points can be transferred to Qantas Points when Dental Wallet customers log into their Dental Wallet account. 1 Dental Wallet point can be transferred to 1 Qantas Point. Qantas Points will be credited to the Members’ Business Rewards account within 14 days of transfer. Any claims in relation to Qantas Points must be made directly to Dental Wallet by emailing support@dentalwallet.com.au

~ In order to transfer Qantas Points from a Qantas Business Rewards account to an individual’s Qantas Frequent Flyer account, the business account must have a balance of at least 3,000 Qantas Points. You must be a Qantas Frequent Flyer member to earn and redeem Qantas Points. A joining fee may apply. Membership and Qantas Points are subject to the Qantas Frequent Flyer program Terms and Conditions. We recommend you consult your accountant or tax adviser to ensure you understand possible tax implications, for example fringe benefits tax (if applicable).

*Classic Flight Rewards are available on Qantas, Jetstar and partner airlines. Availability is limited.
